The Danish Shellfish Center resides here with researchers from DLU. The shellfish industry has been a key driver in the local economy; the municipality and others worked hard to reignite the pride & excitement around fishery, through an Oyster Premiere in October, a Shellfish festival in June as culture is promoted in the Kulturmøde each August.]]></dcterms:description>
